USE
Excellent to spread on bruschetta and to use as a base in the kitchen

PROCESSING
The artichokes are washed and left to drain. They are then blended with a blender. The dough is first seasoned with the remaining ingredients and mixed manually and then put into the jars with the filler. Subsequently the product is covered with oil, capped and pasteurized.
