The wild fennel cream is a typical delicacy of Sicilian cuisine. Excellent for seasoning above all first courses, especially pasta with sardines or pasta with tuna, it is an ingredient that wraps the dish with taste and in a delicate way.
Fennel is a plant to be used in the kitchen thanks to its organoleptic characteristics and the aroma it gives to dishes. Widely used in ancient times for its beneficial properties, it arises spontaneously on the bumps, on the low hills and along the Sicilian rivers.
After harvesting and careful washing, the fennel is minced and stored in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil. The preparation of each jar follows the original recipes as required by the Sicilian tradition. Only selected natural ingredients and only hand-made in respect of quality.
