INGREDIENTS Tuna (35.3%), Extra virgin olive oil, Peeled tomatoes (Tomato, Tomato juice, Acidity regulator: citric acid) (22.6%), Onion, Black olives (5 , 3%), Dried tomatoes (3.6%), Capers (3.2%), Garlic, Parsley, Salt, Pepper, Sunflower oil (traces) PACKING Sterile glass jars, with metal screw lid PRODUCTION PRODUCTS Tuna, Extra-virgin olive oil, Sunflower oil, Olives, Salt: from local producers Dried tomatoes: from previous company processing Onion, Garlic, Parsley: from local fruit and vegetable markets Tomato peels, Pepper: from local traders STORAGE With pasteurization EXPIRY 24 months from the date of production USE Typical Sicilian condiment to season first courses FEATURES Color: iridescent from light green to green-gray - Taste: characteristic of the fresh product, very spicy - Odor: typical intense and fragrant PROCESSING The tuna is browned together with onion, garlic and parsley in a special pot. The tuna is then cooked with the sauce and other ingredients. After cooking everything, still hot, is put into the jars manually. The jars are capped and sterilized. Closing by hand. Pasteurization.
